- establishing realistic budget parameters and scope of recommendations that are practical for the homeowner to both implement and maintain while on the market
- adding key visual, aesthetic and organizational interest to every listing to appeal to the broadest audience possible
services can be tailored to the individual needs of the homeowner by providing either on-site services or providing the recommendations for the homeowner to implement the changes at their own pace and comfort level.
